But I'm really, really excited about the work I'm doing. Today I'm sharing just the pictures and not any links. That's my way to reconcile my desire to share the finished products without living my life as a freakin' infomercial. :)
(and if you really want to learn more about my work or buy something there are links in the widget off to the right on the blog's home page)
Rainbow Gnomes - it's a very simple Waldorf inspired design for a gnome. I wanted something smaller and simpler and this is what I came up with. These guys are about 3" tall.

Angel Cherub - he/she's loosely needle felted and I used simple thin wire to create his/her halo - stands about 2 3/4" tall
Santa Claus - he's more detailed and took me about an hour and a half to needle felt. I listened to episodes from season 5 of the tv show 24 with the Hubster while I worked on him. I'm doing that a lot lately - listening to movies or shows and needle felting. It seems like such a waste of time to just *watch*. Oh, and he's about 3" tall. Both the angel and the Santa could easily be converted to tree ornaments with the addition of a ribbon hanger in the back (like I did with the snowman)
